Encourage Your Little Tykes’ Talents
Each child is unique with different interests. One may like to play tennis and another swims like a fish. With special lessons during the summer, they can gain some important tips and hone their skills. Whether their favorite activity is playing on a sports team, dancing or maybe dinosaurs that peak your child’s imagination, there will be special classes and activities to consider. Whatever they love, help them to pursue it and learn more.
Encourage them to spend time researching their favorite topics online or at the library. Have them create a scrapbook or journal detailing what they’ve learned. Not only will they enjoy learning more about their passion, but a journal will encourage those creative writing skills, a win-win.
No matter what you do or where you go this summer, there’s opportunity for learning. Turn a beach trip into a lesson in ocean life, a museum adventure into a cultural growing experience, a movie day into a discussion and research around computer animation…and the list goes on. With just a little planning, it’s easy to avoid those lazy days of summer and that too often used phrase “I’m bored!”, and the best part is your kids will reap the benefits all year long. With carpools, neighborhood swimming pools and trips to special activities, remember Maid Right will keep your home clean and protected.
