Lenette Spivey is the proud mother of two accomplished daughters, one works in the field of medicine and the other, Allison, in business. A common thread runs through Lenette’s work experience – operational excellence. After graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas, her career included all facets of operations in manufacturing and service organizations. Lenette lead the Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables, Customer Service and Human Resources teams, where she was responsible for staffing, training and managing these operations. She successfully owned and operated a One-Hour Martinizing Dry Cleaner where she developed a passion for serving the community through her small business.
It was during this time that entrepreneurship was ingrained in her daughter, Allison, while working in the family business. Allison was a flourishing Jr. Executive at the young age of 16, and soon went on to graduate from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. She has chartered a career in business, although her dream has been to create a business that she and her mom, Lenette, would grow and develop together. Maid Right has given them the opportunity to share their dream of business ownership with other families in the Fort Bend County area.
