The Maid Right Signature Clean is a promise delivered to customers to provide a premium service every time. We focus on all areas of the home to provide a consistent and reliable service.

The Signature Clean includes: 

All Rooms: 

• Dust and clean shelves, ceiling fans, window sills, baseboards, wall hangings, and blinds. 
• High-dust and remove cobweb build-up. 
• Clean and polish glass in doors. 
• Vacuum all floors, stairs, and furniture with HEPA filter vacuums. 
• Damp-mop hard floors with microfiber mop pad. 
• Make beds and change linens. 
• Neutralize odors and germs.

Kitchens

• Clean stove-top, including soaking and cleaning burners and knobs. 
• Clean microwave interior and exterior. 
• Clean and disinfect counters and sinks. 
• Hard-wipe all appliances. 
• Hard-wipe cabinet doors. 
• Dust and clean light fixtures. 
• Damp-mop all floors. 
• Neutralize odors and germs.
• Fridge cleaning and oven cleaning and oven cleaning available as add-on services.

Bathroom

• Clean and disinfect large fixtures, including sink, toilet, bathtub, and shower. 
• Clean and polish mirrors, small fixtures, and shower glass. 
• Damp-mop all floors. 
• Neutralize odors and germs.
• Color-coded microfiber materials ensure cloth and mop pads used in bathrooms are not used elsewhere.

Services

One-Time Clean: Also known as our Deep Clean, marks your initial visit to the customer's home to deliver our Signature Clean service. Performing exceptionally well during this visit can pave the way for repeat business opportunities in the future, especially if you proactively inquire about the possibility of recurring services.
Alternatively, the Initial Clean serves is also your first time in the home to to provide the Signature Clean, with the intention of the customer becoming a future recurring customer.

Recurring Clean: Routine cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly-recurring basis while adhering to our Signature Clean service. This is the cornerstone of Maid Right.

Vacation Rental Clean: This service offering is tailored to assist owners of AirBNB, VRBO, and property management properties. In addition to our Signature Cleaning service, you may also provide extra services to facilitate the turnover of rental properties, including laundry and dishwashing.

Move In/Move Out Clean: This service offering is specifically designed to aid homeowners or realtors during the moving or listing process of a home. Alongside our Signature Cleaning service, we also offer additional services such as cleaning the inside of cabinets and kitchen appliances.

Light Commercial Clean: This service offering is customized for various professional environments such as doctor’s offices, executive offices, assisted living facilities, daycares, and more. Often, these establishments require services tailored to their specific needs and prefer cleaning to be done during evenings and weekends.

Post Construction Clean: This is a specialized service that is not frequently requested and very labor intensive. 

In addition to our Signature Cleaning service, we provide a range of additional services tailored to post-construction needs, including:

• Removing dust, dirt, smudger, and scuffs from walls
• Clean trim, baseboards, window frames, and door frames
• Remove identifier stickers from windows and glass
• Clean interior masonry
• Clean window blinds, inside of cabinets, and inside closets

If you are ever dissatisfied with a cleaning, simply notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make it right within 48 hours. • Clean trim, baseboards, window frames and door frames 
• Dust all woodwork, including handrails and mantels 
• Clean sides and tops of doors and door hinges (remove paint, mud if necessary) 
• Clean interior masonry 
• Vacuum carpet, especially around the edges 
• Vacuum and mop hard floors 
• Remove stickers and clean windows (including the glass, tracks and frames) 
• Clean light fixtures and bulbs 
• Clean electrical switches and outlets 
• Clean interior blinds and shutters 
• Clean inside closets and cabinets 
• Clean tops of shelves 
• Remove drawers and clean underneath them 
• Dispose of all trash
