First, I need to say these folks have good communication. I was emailed and texted a reminder of my cleaning day. They did forget to clean the bottom of my refrigerator. They came out on 12-19-2025. I didn't check the fridge after they finished everything else (yes, my fault). I knew I forgot something in the fridge on 12-31-2025. I took the drawers out of the fridge; lo and behold, it's not clean. I sent a text on the same day to let John know and asked to be compensated for not cleaning this. No response about my text. John called me today 1-9-2026. I asked him about compensating this; he said sorry, it's been too long to do anything about this. For this reason is why I only gave them a 4 star."
