Proud Partners of Cleaning for a Reason

At Maid Right of New Rochelle, we believe a clean home is a sanctuary, especially during life's toughest battles. Since 2017, we've been honored to partner with Cleaning For A Reason, a nonprofit dedicated to providing free home cleaning for cancer patients.

This mission began with founder Debbie Sardone, who famously told a struggling patient, "Cancer patients don't pay." Inspired by her own mother’s survival, Debbie turned a moment of empathy into a nationwide movement that we are proud to support right here in our community.

How to Receive Support

If you or a loved one are currently in treatment, you can apply directly through the Cleaning For A Reason website. Once registered, patients can receive up to two free house cleanings (two hours each, once per month) during their treatment. 

We receive these requests locally and fulfill as many as our monthly capacity and service areas allow. If we aren't able to take a specific request, it is passed to another provider to ensure the patient still has the opportunity for help.
