I like that if there is a problem with a schedule it is quickly and promptly resolved, and they are frequently checking in to make sure I am satisfied with my service.
The employees are extremely polite and kind. I do wish though that they sign in the book when they arrive. Once in a while, they do so, but sometimes they don't.
Two ladies showed up promptly with their equipment and supplies. My husband and myself left and returned a couple of hours later to a sparkling clean home. We both believe 17 other helpers came in when we left. Just joking, but those two ladies must have worked like power horses to accomplish as much as they did in that amount of time! VERY PLEASED!
