  • Recurring Cleaning

    • Whenever possible, we send the same team to maintain consistency and trust.
    • Yes — simply contact your local Maid Right office to adjust frequency or days. Frequency changes may affect pricing.
    • We offer recurring cleans on a weekly, bi-weekly, or every 4 week basis. Ask about customizable schedules.

  • Deep Cleaning + Specialty Services

    • Absolutely — we serve all home types including condos, apartments, and townhomes.
    • Yes — move-related cleanings include inside appliances, inside cabinets, and detailed scrubbing.

    • Most deep cleans take 2–5 hours depending on home size and condition.

    • Deep cleaning is necessary to address build-up when it's been a while since a professional cleaning. We will address the extra dust and hard water throughout the home, including baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds and showers. Add-on services are also available for refrigerator interiors or oven cleaning.

  • Supplies & Products

    • Yes — notify us before your appointment and we’ll note custom instructions. Teams are not permitted to use hazardous products that could damage their equipment or your home's surfaces.
    • Yes — we use safe, high-quality, eco-friendly products whenever possible.
    • Yes — our teams bring all products, tools, and equipment.

  • Home Preparation

    • We can use a door code, key box, instructions, or meet you before service.
    • No — as long as access is arranged, you do not need to be present.
    • We recommend tidying to maximize your cleaning time. If there are areas that are inaccessible due to personal items, the team may need to skip them during the clean.

  • Cleaning Process

    • We clean around most furniture and can move lightweight items upon request if safe.
    • Yes — these are available as add-on services.
    • These are not part of standard house cleaning. We can customize pricing if needed for dish-washing. Laundry services are generally not possible in the time needed to clean the home.
