 people. After moving to the Vegas Valley in 2017, they founded Maid Right of Henderson in 2019 to give local families something every busy household needs: more time.

Sean and Allecia Bellinger met at Belmont University, where they both earned their

 MBAs in 2008. They both started their careers as financial analysts, which means they know their way around a spreadsheet. But what they've always cared about most is people. After moving to the Vegas Valley in 2017, they founded Maid Right of Henderson in 2019 to give local families something every busy household needs: more time.

Away from work, you'll find Sean at CrossFit or coaching youth volleyball, and the whole family at home with their daughter Annie, their dog Toby, and Stella, the newest and most energetic member of the family (a boxer puppy). After nearly a decade in the valley, they're proud to serve their own community

Their philosophy is simple: listen first. "Clean" means something different in every home, so they make sure the team understands exactly what matters to you before the first visit. Because life is short. Clean less.

Giving back is a big part of who they are. Maid Right of Henderson proudly partners with Cleaning For A Reason, the nonprofit that provides free house cleaning to patients undergoing cancer treatment. For Sean and Allecia, a clean home is one less thing to worry about during the hardest season of someone's life.

Sean and Allecia's commitment means getting it right the first time. And if something isn't right, they'll make it right. That's not just a slogan, it's in the name.
 

Yasmin Velasquez, Client Relations
Yasmin is often the first friendly voice you'll hear at Maid Right. She works with customers and new team members, and she's big on finding solutions instead of saying no: if your schedule changes, she'll look for a way to keep you on the calendar before moving anything. She also helped build out our training materials so every new hire starts off on the right foot.

Rachel Broadaway, Housekeeper
Rachel has been with Maid Right of Henderson since 2021, making her the longest-tenured member of our cleaning team. She's seen every kind of Henderson home and knows our standards inside and out. When we need someone who just gets it, Rachel's on the list.

Vilma "Daisy" Amaya Garcia, Housekeeper
Daisy has been part of the team since 2023, and customers notice. She's known for her attention to detail, and more than one client has asked for her by name. As one customer put it: "Since Daisy did it, I'm sure it's awesome."

Michaela McCauley, Housekeeper

Michaela has been cleaning with Maid Right since 2024. She's a dependable part of our field team and a go-to when we need someone ready to handle a full route.

Eugenia Lopez, Housekeeper
Eugenia has been with us since 2025 and has earned some of the kindest feedback we've ever received. One customer going through a tough season of life said Eugenia and her teammate made her home "feel clean again," calling out the floors, bathrooms, and ceiling fans, and described them as kind, efficient, and amazing. Several clients now request her specifically.

Mirella Villatoro, Housekeeper
Mirella brings nearly 20 years of cleaning experience to the team, including 14 years in residential homes. She's methodical (top floor down, master suite first, mopping her way out the door so she never leaves a footprint behind), and she proudly says she's never broken a thing on the job. Customers agree she's something special: "Mirella and team always do an exceptional job."

Hayden Hunt, Housekeeper

Hayden is a Las Vegas local and a Chaparral High grad. He joined Maid Right in late 2025 and does double duty, cleaning both residential homes and our commercial office accounts. He's a Certified Medical Assistant who worked in patient care with HCA Healthcare, so sanitizing every surface comes naturally to him. He also prepped guest rooms "the Park MGM way" at MGM Resorts, baked bagels before sunrise at Einstein Bros, and kept things calm and zen at Massage Envy. Customer service and time management are his superpowers, and he even recruited one of our newest teammates.

Bobbijo Pitts, Housekeeper

Bobbijo is a true Henderson local and a Basic High grad who's been cleaning homes professionally since 2007. She's trained new staff, built cleaning schedules for multiple properties, and spent years in carpet cleaning, so floors are her specialty. She's especially careful in homes where someone is sick, using the right supplies and precautions to keep everyone safe. She joined Maid Right in December 2025, quickly moved up to full-time, and brings nearly two decades of experience to every home she cleans.

Kelli James, Housekeeper
Kelli joined Maid Right in May 2026 and brings years of leadership with her. Since 2019 she's worked as an EVS Housekeeping Lead, supervising crews, inspecting rooms, and keeping cleaning operations on schedule. She also studied respiratory therapy at Pima Medical Institute, so she takes sanitation seriously. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she's organized, detail-oriented, and the kind of teammate who makes the whole day run smoother.

Tori Rhoads, Housekeeper
Tori joined Maid Right in June 2026 after moving to Las Vegas from Cedar City, Utah. She's done a bit of everything: school custodian, Walmart deli and bakery team lead running a crew of 15, even tire tech at Les Schwab. She's also a certified EMT working toward becoming an Advanced EMT on an ambulance someday. Her favorite part of this job is seeing how every family decorates their home. Off the clock she's baking, making chicken Alfredo from scratch (no measuring), or hanging out with her cat.

Marjorie Usey, Housekeeper
Marjorie joined the team in September 2026 with one of the most interesting resumes we've seen. She holds a computer science engineering degree and a full-stack developer certification, and she's worked in IT support at Accenture, hiring and training at Best Buy, operations at Sprouts, and safety and security at Alo Yoga. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she calls cleaning "very therapeutic" and brings a process-driven, detail-first mindset into every home.

Alisa Redmond, Housekeeper
Alisa has spent nearly 20 years in Las Vegas hospitality, including more than six years as an Environmental Services Supervisor at OYO Hotel & Casino, where she led cleaning teams and enforced CDC sanitation standards. She's also CPR and OSHA 30 certified. She learned "old-school" cleaning from a mentor she still calls Miss Kathy, and she still finishes every room by turning around to inspect it, right down to the light switches. She starts each day with prayer and lives by treating people the way she wants to be treated.

Angela Carpenter, Housekeeper
Angela has been cleaning in Las Vegas since 2004 and has worked at some of the city's best-known properties, including the Flamingo, the Plaza, the Silverton, and the Gold Coast. She later moved up to housekeeping supervisor at Holiday Inn Express and Courtyard Marriott, where she trained and led teams of up to 15. Cleaning is the one thing that makes her lose track of time, and she's so serious about it that she keeps two charged vacuums in her truck, just in case.
